European Birth Rate

Dear Old German Couple on the Train,

The next time you hear something about the birth rate in Germany declining, please remember that it is your fault.  Did you really need to berate the woman with the baby in the stroller because she was taking up too much room on the train?  Shouldn’t people with small children be allowed to occasionally block two seats on a mostly empty train?
